How did we come into contact with heat pumps?
In the summer of 2021, long before the current drastic energy prices and overhead costs exploded, the managers of Domaplast Kft. delved into the mysteries of cooling and heating with a heat pump for the first time when preparing a tender material.
Despite the fact that we did not submit the tender, we did not give up on at least changing the current heating of our office building from a gas boiler to an air-water heat pump. The reason for this was prosaic: our two gas boilers, each 35 kW, are more than 20 years old, sooner or later they will need to be replaced, and we were definitely thinking about forward-looking, renewable technology.
Why did we choose the Nulite brand?
Over the past years, we have also acquired several types of industrial equipment (industrial coolers, product removal robots, conveyor belts) directly from the Far East (China, Taiwan), and we can only report good experience and satisfaction regarding both the quality of the equipment and customer management.
When choosing the brand/manufacturer, we took into account the following aspects: the manufacturer must have a suitable plant size and experience in the field of equipment production, the heat pump components must come from well-known and recognized manufacturers (due to lifespan and accessibility), its parameters and performance must meet the requirements of today, and lastly, the price of the equipment and the delivery deadline.
The company Nulite NEW ENERGY was founded in 2003, and currently more than 1,500 people manufacture its products (mainly heat pumps) in its 3 production units, on 200,000 square meters, with an annual capacity of 2 million units. The company is a strategic partner of global brands Mitsubishi and Emerson (Copeland), its heat pumps are equipped with a Mitsubishi or Panasonic compressor, a WILO (Germany) water pump and a SWEP (Sweden) plate heat exchanger. Heating and cooling is provided by the modern R32 environmentally friendly refrigerant, the company and its products have all relevant European certificates (ISO:9001, ISO:14001 standards, CE, EMC, erP, CB certifications).
Why a monoblock heat pump?
Due to the simpler installation: with the monobloc system heat pump heating, the manufacturer installs the air-water heat exchanger and the water pump in the outdoor unit, so the monobloc heat pump does not require additional cooling circuit work, i.e. through the outlet and inlet heating water connections of the equipment, the heating installer directly you can connect the generated thermal energy to the building’s heating system.
